So proud of my friend Auna who took the stage Saturday for the first time and walked away with some 2nd place hardware. It's hard to believe the changes she made in one year..... It's starting to make me consider doing a competition.

It's MONDAY!!!!!! I've got my workout in.... Have you gotten your in???? I can already tell I am in a better mood because of it.

Day 2 of T25 but here comes the dreaded weekend. Any recommendations on how to not fall off the wagon on the weekends???

Today I hold myself accountable. It's time to get in Wedding shape! I am giving myself 12 months and this is day 1!
