MSC FAQs: What if one of the studios I am a member of is not class based?

Answer: We partner with premium gyms that offer “Open Gym” services. You do not need to prebook and can drop in for a workout during the gym’s operating hours.

MSC FAQs: Can I change the studios in my membership?

Answer: Yes! Log in to your account and go to Membership Plan. Click Change Membership and you will be able to change your membership. The change will take effect in the next billing cycle.
