The best decision you can make is to leave your natural root color!
By not adding a base color you eliminate having to come in more often for root touch ups.
Also all my blonding services include a root smudge.
This blends your natural root to the blonde and also allows for a softer grow out!

I created this super blended look with my babylight technique and ofcourse finished it with my signature money piece!
My client also has a soft brown base color which we feel blends so softly with her babylights and natural "gray highlights" 😉
This is a very time consuming appointment because it is very detailed tedious work!
If you book a service like this one know that it is a lengthy process and a big commitment financially as well!

Low maintenance vs. High maintenance
Which one fits your lifestyle?
Many clients sit down in my chair with their inspo pics and most of the time they look closer to the blonde on the right. And they say "i want to be as blonde as possible & as full as possible"
Which I then respond with "how committed are you willing to be?"
Inspo pics are great but you also have to be realistic when it comes to maintenance!
The picture on the right is a Platinum Card service which involves bleaching the entire head, root to ends! It is a lengthy & pricey service!
Maintenance includes:
Root touch ups between 6-8 weeks (anything more is a longer correction process)
Proper at home care! which means investing in proper shampoo, conditioner, treatments, heat protecters, toning shampoos etc
Plus toning services every 2 months if you choose a more ashy or pastel tone.

The picture on the left is more of a traditional balayage service. This is a very softly blended blonde with plenty of dimension. These appointments take less time and are a more affordable way to have blonde hair.
Maintenance includes:
Balayage touch ups every 4-6 months
If you add a base color that would need to be touched up around the 2 month mark.
Toners optional at touch up appts depending on desired tone.
For balayage looks as for any color treated or blonde hair you will need proper at home care.
Sulfate free shampoo, conditioner, masks, toning shampoos & heat protecters.
