Hi there! 👋 We’re back! I think it’s time to re-introduce myself! My name is Carrie and at the end of 2022, I bought Taylor Street Soap Co., a local brand that I partnered with and sold at my shop. For legal reasons I had to change the name and landed on Taylor Street Apothecary. I’ve been working incredibly hard to push it in a more sustainable direction because we just can’t keep using plastics. Buying a brand is so exciting and so very hard! There are all sorts of learning curves, tons of mistakes and long delays seem to be the norm. You think you’re going the right direction and then you have to make a U-turn, or a few U-turns! That being said, we are finally able to start launching a few lip butters and lotion sticks with sustainable tubes that you can ♻️ or compost. We’re using the same great, original recipe, but now with certified organic ingredients and a whole new vibe! New scents will drop throughout the year and eventually we will re-launch bar soap. I appreciate your patience while I find my footing here and I hope we can be friends.❤️
