🍁 Happy Autumn friends! Have you missed me?

I can’t believe it’s been almost 5 months since I last posted 😅 but it has been a much needed break.

I had just quit my job after experiencing a lifetime of living (and working) with undiagnosed ADHD. And even though it was a very needed change, I was suddenly left with absolutely no external structure, and all the s**t I had been trying to keep down in order to keep going suddenly took priority.

I have spend the majority of my summer taking care of my mental and emotional help, and I’m so happy to report that I am doing so much better! Here are a few other things that have happened:

✨ I turned 33
🌑 I finally set up my at-home pottery studio
✨I tripped down the stairs in my platform crocs and broke my leg
🌑 I signed a lease for a new apt and am in the process of moving

I’ll be coming back online slowly, and won’t be updating my shop until I’m fully settled. But I just wanted to transition back into this digital space and reconnect with you all!

We all have an inner healer, who is always tuned into what we need most. It’s that part of us that create new cells, reminds us to breathe or unclench our jaws, go to the bathroom, and so on. It’s the part of us that is always tapped into our amazing ability to regenerate and sustain ourselves, overseeing all new cell production, hair growth, the beating of our hearts, and every other function we see as being automatic.

When we remember that healing is a continual bodily process, we can become less concerned with the outcome of being healed (an entirely impossible task). You are always healing; you are healing right now!

So if you are struggling today, with whatever you are struggling most with... take a moment and ask your inner healer, “what’s one small thing I can do to heal myself today?” Listen to the answer, even if it doesn’t make sense. Brush your teeth, baking a cake, cry, learn about a new plant friend, move your body. These are all amazing ways to heal!
