Yesterday I told my friend I felt like someone put a root on me because absolutely NOTHING had been going right and I’m absolutely drained.

Then I realized…. I for damn sure ain’t practicing what I preach and THAT’S my MF problem!

😒 I’m not eating right

😒 My sleep pattern is off

😒 I’m bleeding like a slaughtered pig ( I think I passed a fibroid yesterday 🥹)

😒 I’m going completely against the winter rest + reflect + retreat grain

😒 My nervous system is exhausted

😒 I’m not actively practicing my spiritual hygiene regimen

😒 I’m just completely off my square

Not to mention, a monitoring spirit should be the least of my concern because my Spiritual Court will devour whoever, whenever, wherever. That bs is beneath me. Frfr

This is why, in my opinion, having a strong + personal Spiritual Hygiene Routine is the key to a healthy + happy + self aware life. That and taking your vitamins.
