This role is focused on building — not maintaining. You will design and implement the HR infrastructure, compliance, and people operations needed to support our rapidly expanding, multi-location med spa platform.

In less than 18 months, we’ve grown to 16 practice locations with a clear path to 50+ over the next few years.
