Veggie Kung Pao with caluflower rice . Cut up veggies I added broccoli carrots and green beans next Blend cauliflower and add to mix add little water olive oil to steam Cook until steamed . Add soy sauce or sauces I bought a few this time .

Guacamole! 5 avocados π₯π₯π₯π₯π₯ 1 small onion cut into pieces 1 lime juice handful of cilantro 2-3 tomatoesπ π 2 dash salt . Mix together. Also leave in avocado pit to keep fresh

Along with my grape spark , drinking this red beet juice today . Immune boost . So good too! Red beets ,carrot ,apple, celery ginger (great for colds im just getting over one) . Filled up a few mason jars for the rest of the week .

Pineapple Coconut Banana Smoothie

1 cup Ice
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cups frozen pineapple
1 banana
2 tablespoons honey
Blend
Makes one large smoothie

1 1/2 cups Kale
1 1/2 cups Collard Greens
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Arugula
Bag organic Carrots
I Lemon
1 apple
1" piece of ginger

Black Bean salad with Cilantro and Sweet corn
1 can black beans or cooked black beans
sweet corn 2 roasted on grill or 1 canned corn
1 bell pepper
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut
1/4- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped onion
dash pepper
mix together and add to salad
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lime - juice

Rosemary Quinoa Brown Rice and Chickpea Salad
1 packet Organic Brownrice Quinoa mix-from Aldi
Can Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans)
Cup of cherry tomatoes cut in half
One cucumber chopped
Cook the Quinoa mix add chickpea tomato and cucumber
