My 2023 high school grads time goes by fast

I am at Walmart in crestwood need to do a return they open at 6am I was told they couldn’t do returns until 7am now at 7am I am told theirs no manager Herero do returns and they don’t know what time a manager is coming and there is three young ladies standing in the return area talking to themselves. This is the most unprofessional situation I have ever seen. And it’s not the first time. One time I need to do a return here and was told I need to come back another day. Who’s in charge of the Walmart in Crestwood.😱😱😱😱
