One of my favorite little rituals at the spa 🥹

While mom relaxes in the sauna, her daughter comes in for her own mini facial moment — gentle cleanse, lymphatic drainage, scalp massage, sinus tension relief… and without fail she falls fast asleep every time.

Mom gets her quiet reset, and her daughter gets to learn something really special: self-care isn’t a luxury — it’s a habit.

Teaching kids that taking care of their body, skin, and nervous system is normal and important is such a beautiful gift. When relaxation and self-love are introduced early, they grow up knowing they deserve to slow down and care for themselves.

Watching this little routine unfold every visit honestly melts my heart.

It’s also inspiring something new I’ve been dreaming up for the spa… 👀

As an empath it can be exhausting… but honestly it’s also the most rewarding part of what I do.
