Happy New Year! I wanted to give a shout out to a well-trained and compassionate Massage Therapist, Maddi Johnson! I encourage you to meet her and experience her work. If you are seeking a Massage Therapist trained in Oncology Massage, I am working on finding referrals for you. In the meantime, I believe Physical Therapists in town may be a good source to ask. Clients have been commenting on the dreary weather. It HAS lasted longer than usual but it has highlighted one of my favorite things in my massage therapy career. I love making my table cozy and warm especially when they've come in from the cold. Saying goodbye to this career has been a tough decision but I'm grateful to have had 30+ years to do this work. After 34 years doing massage therapy, I am closing my practice this December. This is a bittersweet move as I will greatly miss all of my wonderful clients I have had the privilege to know over the years. You all have brought so much goodness to my life.
