Happy National Lash Day!!!
After giving this MUCH thought and teeter-tottering on being "sweet and funny" or "direct", I am choosing to take the DIRECT approach:
LASHES ARE NON-ESSENTIAL SERVICES! I AM NOT TAKING ANY CLIENTS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
If I don't follow our Governor's AND The CDC guidelines, I can face fines and/or misdemeanor, or BOTH. In addition, the risk of contracting COVID-19 is NOT worth the health risks for YOUR health/life or mine.
I realize this is not ideal, and we are all suffering. I would love to still be open and having a regular income. But this new reality has set in and we all need to stay safe and consider what's best for our community. TOGETHER... (Please excuse my tone, I am frustrated by the many people who are not honoring the "Shelter in Place" order and continue to ask if I am open) :o(

TO ALL OF MY CLIENTS:
I wanted to reach out to you and assure you that I am taking full precautionary measures to assure both your safety, as well as mine during the next several weeks with the CoronaVirus lurking upon us. As a licensed Esthetician, I have thorough training with Infection Control, as well as being certified( annually) in Bloodborne Pathogen Control that is OSHA compliant. I will be enforcing the following steps moving forward at your next visit:
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
I will be wiping down door handles, doors and the bathroom key with Clorox Bleach wipes. The waiting area will be sprayed with Lysol spray.
YOU:
Upon your arrival, I will be taking your temperature (with a sanitizable TEMPLE temperature thermometer). I will not be able to work on anyone with a temperature above 99.6 degrees (sorry). I will provide you with your own mask to wear. I will also provide you with hand sanitizer for your hands before we start.
YOUR APPOINTMENT:
I will be limiting our chat time and won't be talking, as I am only inches from your face. Feel free to please bring your own headphones and music to make the time go by quicker if you'd like.
MY WORK STATION:
Lysol will be sprayed before and after each client. My bed will be covered with a new, sanitized sheet for each client. I will be wiping down ALL of my work station (lights, tables, items I use for lashes) with Cavi-cide (it kills EVERYTHING, even bloodborne pathogens (HIV, Hep. C., etc.). This will completely eliminate any type of virus or germ. My tweezers will be sanitized by usual steps.
ME:
I will be taking my own temperature before we begin. I will be wearing a mask as well. If for some reason I feel my hands have been compromised, (such as if I touch an object like my phone or grab a drink of water, (I will again sanitize with hand sanitizer).
I am doing my part to make sure that we are ALL safe.Text or call w/ any questions. Thanks!
