Wild Wednesday…
Has anyone else been feeling the need to rest more as the new moon in Virgo approaches? Have you found the need to really understand why certain little things need more of your attention? We are constantly called for growth and evolvement from old patterns that linger and no longer serve our greater self. What are you intentionally affirming as a new way of being in your lyfe. I think with the change of seasons approaching I should be more mindful of my hydration and food choices. Dryer temperatures are approaching with the crisp cool air and the desire of comforting, warm, heavier foods for hibernation. Yet scheduling requires me to remain vibrant and ready to go, I want to be just that, prepared for the change of season.

Wonderful Wednesday…
I appreciate those who use their talents to keep me moving and grooving. The ability to visit Crossfit Incognito this am prior to a massage was everything I needed for a fresh start. It is the little pleasures we give ourself each day, the challenge is remembering to do for self a little… or maybe I am just challenged by that.

With that said I would like to invite you all to the Pump House tomorrow evening. There is a new art show display opening between 6:30-8:30pm. Take a moment and stroll though the minds of some locals who are allowing us into their lives displayed by their gifts.

Thoughtful Tuesday…
I appreciate all my clients understanding the need of rest. I enjoyed meditating multiple times a day, catching sites, eating yummy food, and dipping in the ocean with my daughter.

Please forgive if I missed emails, texts or calls for it is essential we unplug every now and them to be as present as possible when making lyfe-long memories.
Now, I am grateful to be back and in the swing of normal day to day.

With that said… I am currently booking for the week of September 11th and beyond.
