no filters. no drastic procedures. no overnight transformation. just consistent barrier support, targeted treatments, and a routine that she could realistically maintain.

over time we focused on things like:

• strengthening the skin barrier
• reducing inflammation and chronic redness
• gentle cell turnover instead of aggressive exfoliation
• hydration and lipid support
• professional treatments spaced appropriately for her skin
• home care that felt doable and enjoyable, not overwhelming

we also incorporated advanced treatments like Circadia SWiCH and microchanneling with nanostamp. both of these work by encouraging the skin to do what it naturally slows down doing as we age.

SWiCH supports cellular energy and turnover by stimulating mitochondrial function, helping the skin behave more like younger tissue without creating unnecessary inflammation. microchanneling creates controlled micro-injuries that trigger collagen production, repair pathways, and overall skin regeneration.

in simple terms… we’re not forcing the skin. we’re reminding it.

as estheticians, our work is so much more than what happens in the treatment room. my goal is always to build a relationship with my clients so we can learn their skin together. when someone understands why they’re using something and how it supports their skin long term, consistency becomes easier.

mentorship, yes. but also comradery. someone to sit in the in between with me. someone to learn with, question things with, get excited about tiny details with, and remind me why I fell in love with this industry in the first place

so I’m really excited to welcome Jayda to the studio 🥹

she’s joining us as an esthetician focusing on relaxation massage and basic facials, and eventually head spa once we have all the dreamy equipment in place. she feels like a body double of me in the best way. the same curiosity, the same soft obsession with learning, the same desire to do this work in a way that actually feels human. just in a different font

I’ve spent so long being the only one in this space, holding every role, every emotion, every client experience. and lately I’ve been craving what it feels like to not do it alone. to build something with someone instead of just for others

jayda will also be helping at the front desk and floating through the day, so you’ll start seeing her around a lot. a familiar face, a new energy, slowly filling her books and becoming part of the rhythm of the studio

I’m really proud of this next chapter. not because it’s bigger, but because it feels softer. more shared. more aligned with the kind of business I want to build
one rooted in learning, care, and people who genuinely want to be here
