I truly don’t want to have to do this, but due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, I will be enforcing my cancellation policy moving forward.

Starting January 1st, 2026, the following will apply — no exceptions:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service

A card is required to book and will be automatically charged if this policy is violated. Any unpaid balance must be paid before future appointments can be booked, and existing appointments may be canceled until the balance is settled.

As a small business owner, my time is my income, and late cancellations directly affect my ability to serve my clients and support my family. I truly appreciate those of you who respect my time and understand the importance of this policy 🤍
