1. тн𝙚 т𝙧υтн αв𝙤υт 𝙮𝙤υ𝙧 𝙘𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙥н𝙤ɴ𝙚

We don't mind that you have your phone but keep in mind when your putting your head down looking at your phone to text, we are at the top of your head trying to foil your highlights and it makes it really hard when your head is slanted forward.

2. 𝙘𝙤м𝙚 𝙬ιтн (𝙧𝙚𝙡αтι𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙮) 𝙘𝙡𝙚αɴ нαι𝙧.

"I can't tell you how many clients come in with hair that hasn't been washed in a week because they've been waiting for me to do it."
It's OKAY not to come in with your hair perfectly fresh, but having tons of product buildup on your hair can cause your color to go on unevenly.

3. 𝘽𝙚 𝙝𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧 𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮.

It's critical you tell us what your hair history is, whether it be a gloss, toner, Brazilian Blowout, Perm, Box color, ect.., it can make a difference on how we go about doing your service.

Example: You could of had blonde highlights 6 months ago, then colored your hair brown. Come in the salon wanting a spiral perm. If you tell us your hair is natural and we go ahead and do your perm, there is a very good chance of your hair frying. Please be honest of everything that's on your hair. We have perms that are for highlighted hair and we can always do a strand test also for a situation like this to make sure your hair won't fry. We truly want your hair to stay in amazing shape. 😊

4. 𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 24-48 𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨.

We as stylists get paid by the client not by the hour. When you cancel less than 24 hours, it is very hard for us to replace that appointment. Meaning we are missing out on 3 hours worth of pay and if notified sooner we could of tried to replace it.

5. 𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙬𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙪𝙮 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙨.

Using professional products will make your color last so much longer. If you spend $100-$150 to get your hair done then go home and use a $5 shampoo that you picked up from Kroger , there is a very good chance it could strip your color. Especially BLONDES that we use toners on. Toners normally last about 4-5 weeks.

What is a toner? 🤷🏻‍♀️
Toners are semi permanent hair color that we use on pre-lightened hair (hair that has been bleached) to cancel out yellow, orange or brassy tones in your hair.

If a toner last 4-5 weeks and you use drug store products, it will last way less than 4-5 weeks. We want you to get the most out of your money that you possible can.
