Come see us on Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 7am until the parties over!

$25 single person combination
Includes a single session use of the cold plunge and sauna. Good for one day.
$40 single person multiple day package.
Includes a single session use of the cold plunge and sauna for before and after the race.
$175 10 person team package.
$85 5 person Team
Includes cold plunge and sauna session for every member of your team. Can be utilized Friday or Saturday.

We would like to take a moment to express our gratitude to all the amazing athletes who took advantage of our mobile sauna and cold plunge for their post-race recovery. It was a fantastic experience to witness so many dedicated individuals prioritizing their health and well-being after pushing their limits during the race. Your commitment to recovery is truly inspiring!
We appreciate everyone who took the time to stop by, check us out, and ask questions about the benefits of sauna and cold plunge therapy. Engaging with you and sharing insights about how these recovery methods can enhance performance and wellness was a highlight for us. Your enthusiasm and curiosity make our mission so rewarding!
A huge thank you goes out to Sara and the entire Nationwide Children’s Hospital Columbus Marathon team for having us at this event. Your support and collaboration made it possible for us to connect with such a passionate community of athletes. We had an amazing day at Sand in the Streets! Thank you to everyone that stopped in. We’ll be posting all of the pictures and videos we took in the days to come. But we wanted to give a very special thank you to Ben Arrowood. Ben is our first customer ever and set the bar high with a time of 4 minutes and 10 seconds in the 35 degree cold plunge!
We are all setup and ready to go at Sand in the Streets in downtown Chillicothe. Accepting all forms of payments and will be running a special from noon to one $10 off! Come check us out!
When we started this business, we had one pretty big event in mind that we knew we wanted to be apart of... We have been active participants in The Buck Fifty that last few years and love what Dave and his group have done to bring the running community together here in Chillicothe, Ohio.
