I’m am sharing this, because I feel that it needs to be explained…
A Privately owned Parking lot is just that…privately owned. At ParkView Salon, our lot is designed for our employees, our clients and our tenants. We have a total of 11 parking slots, which is ample to accommodate those cars. If you are using our lot for other purposes, ie; to watch the ball games at the school, or run across the street or next door “for just a minute”, you are trespassing. There are signs posted, and that’s all that’s required for me to ask you to leave and park elsewhere. No need to swear at me, or shame me…YOU are the inconsiderate person in this scenario.
And really, if you pull into this lot, with your dog, and chair to set up in the lot…oh…I just honestly have no words.. but DO NOT try to shame me and accuse me of not letting you watch your child play ball. I’m not keeping you from doing that…you just can’t do it here. You need to understand that I rightfully own and operate this property, along with paying the taxes and insurance.
Please use some consideration, and discernment.
