Who remembers “topsy-tail” ponies?! At least that’s what we called them when I was little 🤷🏼♀️ This side topsy-tail is a great 2nd or 3rd day hair option. Adding dry shampoo before you style it will help absorb oils and give you some extra volume 🔊🙌🏻

I’m changing my diet to see if it helps some of the skin issues I’m having. Trying to do dairy & gluten free, and just over all clean(er) 😆
This is all new to me and I’d love some input if you avoid dairy and/or gluten 🥛 🥯 What are your fave go-to snacks & meals? Also fast food tips, for the occasional times when you are out & about have to drive through or pick up something quick, where do you go and what do you order? Help a girl out!
