during this difficult time. My dad has been in the hospital for the last 7 week. His dementia has progressed and has caused behavioral issues. We’ve been hoping that with medication he would get better, but on the contrary, he has declined more. He has refused all medication, become very paranoid with staff and has not really been eating for the last six days. He will now enter hospice as we continue to look for a new facility, where they will not only except him, but take good care of him through this time. If it takes me a while to get back to you, cancel appointments or have to reschedule, please forgive me as I am trying my best to not fall apart.
