You can see in this clip, it's a little uncomfortable for this Tiny Tot to repeat positive affirmations about self (like it can be for adults) however words are powerful and the sooner our children get comfortable speaking positively about self, the better our world will be.
Towards the middle of the massage she was actually able to express her own affirmation from her own heart. She even got to pick out a cute affirmation coloring book!
