My 5 year old took it upon himself to program a workout for his cousin who is coming to workout at our house. My heart is full!!!

I have decided to run the Rock N Roll Marathon again in San Diego. As life happens around me, and covid shows how precious a life is, I want to teach my boys that putting others before ourselves is important. I want them to know that there are people who need our help. Helping others in their time of need allows them to focus on their journey without the stress of money. Please help me be just a very small piece of hope for these families!

As a Christian, I know this world is broken. The Bible says that Satan comes to steal, kill, and destroy.
People, put on the FULL armor of God. Read Ephesians 6:10-18.

I do not know the struggle of racism, but I DO know that it is very real in our world. We should not have to explain to our children to fear those who are supposed to protect us. But this is just one tactic Satan uses to divide and conquer.

If you believe in the power of prayer, then PRAY!!!

My prayer, In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, I rebuke you Satan. In the powerful name of Jesus Christ, you will lose your hold on God's people. For our way through this, we must look upon the hand of God to redeem this world. Lord, please bring peace to our people. To our nation. We love you Lord. Amen
