Today, I am cutting and tasting a big “Apple Guava” that I bought from the Asian store and showing the difference from the guavas from our backyard.🍏🍏🍏The guava is so crunchy, sweet, and juicy. When our Frennie Mila brought in some Paksiw na Lechon (sweet and sour roasted pork) to share with us not only filled our stomach but also our hearts. Sharing a special story from Oly’s garden today. 🍎🍎🍎I planted this apple tree more than 40 years ago, and one day our neighbor cut off some branches very harshly to the point that we had to cut most of the parts of the tree.🤣🥹😂
that it almost died. For about 4-5 years….. no Apples.🤣🍎🥲This year, our tree decided to live and give again and surprised us with some beautiful and colorful apples. 🍎🍎🍎 the way it used to give. Nature is really full of quiet miracles and has a beautiful way o reminding us not to give up.❤️🙏🍎

Checked in at the Medical Sleep Center at 9:00 PM that became my hotel overnight. Jocelyn, my nurse wired me up and hooked up to the sleeping machine so my Dr. can find out if I really have sleep apnea. I was nervous but my nurse Jocelyn was so kind, compassionate, and very patient, that I felt safe and cared for. At one point, I told Jocelyn that I looked like a person about to get electrocuted and even asked her if she was sure that it wouldn’t happen. She laughed and said for sure not at all.🤣🤣🤣This is part of my health journey and I’m sharing this so if you are afraid to do a sleep study, it’s not really scary as it sounds. And it is truly safe. 🛌😴💤🥱Checked out at 5:30 am ⛅️🌤️🌄🌅🌇
