If there was a telenovela Golden Girls reboot, this would be the cast. They make me laugh on a daily basis. Episode one would be called La Chisme Bar πŸ˜‚.

All of these amazing ladies work there butts off every time they step foot in my class. I'm very proud of them.

Jacqueline is what I love about all of my clients! They all seem to kill it in the gym, rarely complains, and does what's asked because they know that it's in their best interest. But the small change that will change your health and body composition is all nutrition. When consistently eating the right way the result will come. I'm not saying that you need to be eating rice, brocolli, and chicken breast 100% of the time. It's more like if I eat 3 meals a day or 21 meals per week, then the 18-19 needs to be on the healthier side that's on your meal plan. In America we both under eat and over eat, while lacking too little portion and too much fat and carbs. Their needs to be a plan and a balance. Jacqueline found a balance . Congrats on your new found body and health‼️
