This weekend was filled with simple things... baking sourdough, soaking up the sunshine, watching Ruby enjoy the yard, sharing a mojito, and cheering on a soccer match, time with friends.

The older I get, the more I realize these quiet moments are what refill me.

As a massage therapist, I often remind my clients that rest isn't something we earn after burnout. It's something we deserve before we get there.

This was my way of refilling my own cup.
