I no longer stuff my face and my feelings- I’m gentle and kind to myself and I check in and ask myself- why am I eating if I’m not hungry? No recrimination, negative self talk or shame at my lack of willpower or discipline- I just ask myself what’s going on? Slowly but surely, I’m developing the habit of pausing, reflecting praying and keep it moving! I continue to take these injections and I continue to have my education sessions. I didn’t get heavy overnight - but this is the first sustained weight loss I’ve ever had! Thank you for letting me share my journey!
