Learning how to balance motherhood, family, fitness, life, and finding my way back to ME again.

Trying to transform into a superhero takes time 😂🦸🏽‍♀️ Slow and steady wins the race.

I’ve trained with Coach Dougie before, but this season was a verrrrrryyyy slow start 😩😂 — and he still never gave up on me.
The Phollowme virtual training gave me the jumpstart I needed before transitioning into an individualized program. Forever a BAD Girl 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

And to every person in my circle that I harass to go walking, hit the gym, or run races with me 😂… thank y’all for showing up when you can. And just know… I’m NEVER gonna stop bugging y’all to move WITH me! 🫶🏽
