Thaught these were so fun so I wanted to share with all of you :

🔥 Witch's Cursed Marbles 🥚🔥

Eerie, tangy, and wickedly spicy—these dark pickled eggs are bursting with bold flavor and spooky vibes! 😈

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 25 minutes (+ chilling time)
Yield: 8–10 eggs

Ingredients:

* 10 hard-boiled eggs (peeled)
* 1 cup white vinegar
* 1/2 cup water
* 1/2 cup beet juice (for that eerie color)
* 1/4 cup hot sauce
* 3 cloves garlic (smashed)
* 1 tbsp sugar
* 1 tsp salt
* 1 tsp black peppercorns
* 1/2 tsp chili flakes
* 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions:

1. Place peeled eggs into a clean glass jar.
2. Add garlic, peppercorns, and chili flakes around the eggs.
3. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, beet juice, hot sauce, sugar, salt, and paprika.
4. Bring to a simmer, stirring until sugar dissolves.
5. Pour the hot brine over the eggs, fully covering them.
6. Let cool to room temperature.
7. Seal and refrigerate for at least 24–48 hours for best color and flavor.
8. Serve chilled and enjoy the spooky tangy kick!

Pro Tip:
For a deeper “cursed” look, lightly crack the egg whites before pickling to create marbled veins of color! 🧙‍♀️✨
