NW Family Wellness Center is a busy, multidisciplinary clinic located in the Clackamas/Happy Valley area seeking a dynamic part-time Licensed Massage Therapist/Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess an active massage license with the Oregon Board of Massage and malpractice liability insurance. A Chiropractic Assistant License and/or health insurance credentialing is a huge plus but we are willing to train/credential the right person. This is a great position for a new graduate or an established practitioner looking to join a team. If you are naturally friendly and outgoing, high energy and have a positive attitude then we want to meet you. We are seeking the person that is always looking for the opportunities to go above and beyond.

There is currently availability to fill Monday-Friday so there is some flexibility in days/times that can be negotiated. We are looking for a shift to include a minimum of 4 hours up to a maxiumum of 6 massage hours. Wage range listed is dependent upon experience.

NW Family Wellness Center is looking for a Medical Office Receptionist to join our multi-disciplinary clinic. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, self driven, highly motivated and takes pride in their work. A critical eye for detail & accuracy is a MUST.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Checking patients in/out
-Collecting payments
-Scheduling appointments
-Answering phones/emails in a professional/courteous manner
-Returning messages
-Appointment reminders
-Communicating & providing support to practitioners
-Verifying insurance benefits
-Data entry
-Scanning / uploading documents
-Management of Referrals / Pre-Authorizations
-Protecting patient information; HIPAA compliance.
-Process medical records requests
-Laundry / light office cleaning
-Stocking / prepping treatment rooms
-Prioritize tasks effectively / performing tasks in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in medical office reception preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
-Team player
-Strong organizational skills
-Works well under pressure in a busy office environment
-Punctual, dependable attendance

This position is 25-30 hours to start; there is potential for additional hours for the right candidate. The days we currently need for coverage are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
