Ok, yesterday when I said these were done- I lied. NOW they're done, and let me tell you, painting those eyes and beaks on really stressed out my inner pefectionist. I like them better this way though. All ready for tomorrow!

Hand and Heel Salve. For dry skin, rough elbows, cracked heels, chapped lips, and hair fly aways.

LOVE this stuff. I've been using it on Emily's eczema.

They're done! Rubber Ducky Soap is all ready to go for the Chino Hills Easter Craft Fair. These are our fair specials. Still need to package them, but they're super cute! Very pleased with how well they turned out.

These ripples on the soap are from heat. Now, usually, these are unsightly and we try to avoid them, but Tree of Life is using these ripples as part of our soap design for Rubber Ducky Bath Tub soap. It's a multi-day process, so check back with over the next few days to how they progress.

Here's the whole color palette. Hint: the scent is Salty Mariner.

This is by far the most beautiful color of blue I've ever seen.

Tree of Life has been accepted to participate in the Chino Hills Easter Egg-Citement Craft Fair on March 31!

Please join us from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at the Chino Hills Community Park at 3280 Eucalyptus Avenue.

Today the experiment with the Oil Cleansing Method (OCM) begins! I'm trying a mix of castor oil, h**p oil, and rice bran oil (similar make up to olive oil but it has natural skin bleaching properties for sun spots and discoloration).

Has anyone tried OCM before? What was your experience with it? What oils did you try?
