DONT EVER SETTLE for a Healthcare practitioner telling you, "were just going to give you pain meds."

Ask questions and allow them to ask questions. Questions provide feedback, which provides more insight into the root cause, NOT just the symptoms. Asking questions and getting more knowledge about your pain as a whole, allows us to provide a better treatment plan and refer out if necessary.

Massage therapists absolutely cannot diagnose, so please dont expect us to "fix you," but we can make life for you much more physically comfortable and we do work alongside other Healthcare practitioners that can look into things on a deeper level for you.

Stop settling for mediocrity when your concerns deserve so much more than that.
