Sometimes hair doesn’t always do what you want it to do. This beautiful client of mine wanted to go lighter so that’s what we did, but her hair didn’t want to cooperate the first time, so she graciously came in the next day and we NAILED IT!! Moral of the story is hairstylists aren’t perfect and hair can be unpredictable.
