You thought you were done? That’s cute. 😂📸

Around here, your appointment isn’t officially over until we get the pics… (with your consent of course).

If we didn’t take the before + after photos… did the treatment even happen?! 👀 But seriously—we LOVE documenting your progress. Sometimes the changes happen so gradually that you don’t realize just how far your skin has come until we put those photos side by side. 👏🏼✨

Never stop learning 🤍

I spent time at Revance Aesthetics headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee, for Perspectives & Practice, diving deeper into Daxxify and RHA dermal fillers with some of the best in the industry—Erika Berry, Haley Wood, Dr. Hank, and David Weir.

One of my favorite things about this profession is that there is always more to learn. Even with products I use regularly, a new perspective or a small refinement in technique can change how I approach a treatment.

At FloAesthetics, ongoing education is a priority because it shapes the care we give you. I’m coming home with a deeper understanding, thoughtful techniques, and ideas I’m excited to bring into practice.

Grateful to learn from people who share their knowledge so generously. Never stop learning. ✨

All jokes aside… fall really is our FAVORITE season around here. 😉🍂

Not just for the sweaters + coffee, but because it’s officially time to get serious about your skin.

Fall is the perfect time to bring back some of our favorite treatments, work on that summer sun damage + pigmentation, and get consistent with the skincare that’s going to carry your skin through the cooler months.

A heartfelt thank-you to Daniel Givens MD, FACS Givens MD Facial Plastics | Aesthetics team & TRISH HILL, ALI MATTER, & MALCOLM LEE | SCITON CONSULTANTS for helping make this TRL resurfacing experience and Advanced Resurfacing Preceptorship possible!

TRL laser resurfacing is an advanced skin-renewal treatment that uses targeted laser energy to remove damaged outer layers of skin while stimulating collagen production. It can help improve fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, sun damage, acne scars, enlarged pores, and overall texture. Because the treatment intensity can be customized, your provider can tailor the procedure to your skin concerns, goals, and preferred downtime.

A smoother, brighter, more youthful-looking complexion starts here. ✨

Wondering if TRL is right for you? Schedule a personalized consultation at Morgan Halbur, NP Aesthetic & Wellness. DSM & Clear Lake, IA to learn more about the treatment, recovery process, and options for creating a plan that fits your goals.
