When you say it's impossible to lose weight, raise your prices, find someone to love you, open a business, save money, follow your passion, live your dream, change a situation or relationship, be successful, be happy or to have, be or do what you want, you are letting limiting beliefs and fear keep you stuck.
What you are actually saying to yourself and the universe is you are not deserving. You are not good enough. Other people have those things, not you. What you want isn't available to you. If you do X, You will lose Y. What will people say, and how will I be judged? Or What if I fail.
You are letting your fear make your decisions, and your beliefs of what you want not being unavailable to you dictate your thoughts and hold you back.
What you want is possible. What you give up is exactly what you say you don't want anymore or what is holding you back. What people say is none of your business. Even if things don't go according to plan, it's progress, not perfection. You are enough. You deserve whatever it is that lights you up, brings you joy, and creates an abundance of all things in your life. We have to change how we think about ourselves and stop underestimating, devaluing, belittling, undermining, and sabotaging ourselves. Take a small step every day toward the life you want and the person you want to be. Talk to yourself how you would talk to a friend, your children, or someone you love. And know that the only thing that should be impossible is not to live up to your full potential, hold yourself back, or not follow your dreams and hide your greatness. Life is filled with possibilities, and so are you.
