Post-op massages, consistency and compression are key. You need lymphatic massages to to prevent fibrosis, seromas, excess fluid, pain and soreness. My client was experiencing swelling and inflammation. After the lymphatic massage the swelling and inflammation went down. Post-op massages are very important. 10 plus are recommended.
