Shout out to one of my biggest supporters Anne Fleckenstein 🌷✨ She’s signed up for every event, books a monthly 1:1 session, has been to at least 100 yoga classes, and always reminds me how special it is to find a place to call hOMe. Thank you for being you!! Look at this hoodie she took to Nairobi 💕🥹 We still have a few left in our store!

Honored to be invited to the 4th annual Mystic Market at OPE -One Planet Earth this coming Hallowed Day… will be serving spooky food and enjoying the other unique vendors 💕

Our studio has a vegetarian potluck once a month 🌸🌸 Our next one is this Sunday 11/1 after Ecstatic Dance Alien Party 👽 If you just want to come enjoy a meal in community plan on us starting around 12:30/12:45 for lunch!

Bring something, or just come enjoy what is offered. Both events are free and will feature an offering from yours truly 🌷🌷

Ideas for offering could be salsa, soup, dips, chips, fruits, veggies, baked goods, bread, roasted veggies, salads 🥗 ect. Drinks ✨🌷

Blessings on your Halloween weekend 🎃
