Is it hard for you to stick to a skincare regimen? You are not alone. I’m so busy, even I have a hard time!
Set yourself up for success by prepping Sunday.
✅Wash those pillowcases. Lots of bacteria, dirt, hair products, scalp gunk, saliva, dust, and more settle there.
✅Clean make up brushes are a must. Do it weekly.
✅Organize all your skin care that you plan on using and put it in one convenient place. If you have to look for a product you won’t use it.
✅Make sure you have clean face cloths and that they are ready to go. Wash in fragrance free products.
✅ Set a reminder every night to wash your face. I’m constantly shocked how many people don’t wash their face at night. You won’t reach your skincare goals if you get lazy at your night routine. Do this early in the evening so that you don’t get too tired to do it!
✅Give yourself a facial every Sunday so you start Monday off with a clean slate and positive attitude and feeling.
