Allow me to reintroduce myself 🎶 my name is Emily.
(Ok my elder millennial is showing 😂)
It’s been a long time since I’ve posted about ME, the artist behind all of these beautiful women on my page!

* I have been a professional makeup and hair artist since 2010.

* This is technically my second career after a brief stint as an elementary school teacher. Best life decision I ever made. 😊

* I’ve been married to my best friend, Blake, for 12 years.

* We have 2 little boys. Cooper is 7 and Corbin is 3. I brag about them on occasion here. 😉

* Being my own boss is the most rewarding part of my job. I love being able to be fully involved in my kids’ schools and be present for my family.

* Meeting my brides is SO MUCH FUN!! In this line of work you have to be able to roll with the punches and always expect the unexpected. As a makeup/hair artist we are often the first vendor our brides’ see so we set the tone for the day. We play many rolls…friend, planner, therapist, confidant…and I love every minute of it.

* Having my clients become “regulars” and past brides come back for maternity and then family photos is one of my favorite parts of my job!

* Over the last 2 years I’ve lost 120lbs. It’s been quite the journey to figure out to dress myself as a 40 year old mom in this new body. 😂

* I can’t wait to meet you at my studio!
