Let’s talk about hair loss. It’s pretty common right now, especially with hormone changes and these new weight loss options which are becoming pretty popular. I wanted long hair, full hair like I use to have 5+ years ago. But stress, age and perimenopause had a different idea. I had extensions a couple years ago,which looked beautiful, but wanted to keep a low maintenance style right now…. Sooooooo…

Long story short, long hair isn’t pretty hair if you’ve got 3 strands at the ends, holding on for dear life! So, I practiced what I preach and chopped it! And I love how healthy and full it looks and feels.

Clients, don’t be afraid! Healthy hair is ALWAYS the goal! And short hair can be more complementing than you realize.

As always, worked her magic with that cut and highlight.
