Welcome Marlene Weiss, our newest member of our team.

For the last 20 years, Marlene Weiss has been encouraging people to adopt a healthy and restorative lifestyle through movement and massage. She graduated with a B.A. in Human Health and Behavior and was valedictorian of the Space Coast institute LMT program in 2002. She has gone to India 3 times since 2017 to study Ayurveda, the natural healing system from India, incorporating herbal oil treatments and lifestyle practices, meditation and yoga to neutralize stress and restore wellbeing. She is also a Health coach and facilitator with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She is looking forward to working with the Brent Allan Salon to offer a full line of services.
Shirodhara comes from the two Sanskrit words “shiro” (head) and “dhara” (flow). It’s an Ayurvedic healing technique that nourishes and relaxes the nervous system with a stream of warm oil flowing over forehead. It’s often combined with a body or head massage.
