How well do you take care of your feet?

I have always said that you an have the best car out there, but if your tires are bad, flat or bad... you can't move your car. Improper care of your feet can make you immobile.

Take care of your feet. Seek professional help, a good podiatrist, and a good pedicure specialist.

Also, remember that body lotion is not the same as a foot lotion. I don't think you put your face moisturizer on your body or feet... so why would you use a body lotion on your feet? Check my highlights for proper foot lotions that I recommend.

I dont think you put your face moisturizer in your body. So why would you put body lotion on your feet? Look for feet lotions and / or foot moisturizers.
