Here at our barber school, we prioritize real-life experiences to prepare our students for success in the industry. Recently, our educator engaged students in a skit designed to teach them how to handle an unhappy client.

Through this interactive lesson, students learned the importance of approaching challenges with respect and kindness. The goal? To resolve concerns effectively, ensure client satisfaction, and demonstrate the exceptional customer service that sets true professionals apart.
