I don’t understand why my picture of my house that was finally fixed after Ethan Rudometkin with ER Renovation and construction LLC, Destroyed my siding to my entire house, worked 20 hours, realized what he did… showed up 2 days later with this rediculous NEW contract, that stated he wasn’t responsible for the damage to my siding,that he wasn’t completing job, if I defamed his name id be charged thousands of dollars with high interest !! How stupid did he this I was? So after destroying my siding on my house in 20 hours work he fled! He went to Home Depot where my windows had been sitting and returned them thru his contractor license and pocketed my thousands of dollars I paid upfront for my windows. His name is ETHAN RUDOMETKIN AND HES A BIG FAT SNAKE THAT SLITHERS!! HES A LIAR 🤥, HES A THEIF, SCAM ARTIST CON, PREYING ON THOSE OF US THAT HAVE TO BORROW AGAIST OUR PROPERTY TO JUST PAINT AND FIX SOME WINDOWS.
ETHAN RUDOMETKIN AND HIS WIFE NATASHA…. Bought 3 houses in Oregon, claimed bankruptcy, then fled here to buy a chunk of property in COUGAR GULCH. I wonder? How many rip off scams were pulled and less fortunate people scammed out of there money so he can be confortable. He Stole almost $7,000
Of my dollars, besides doing $87,000 in damages to my siding. I still have the back of my house to side but didn’t have the extra $25,000 Dabella wanted. This snake made my life a living HELL for 3 long years and i hope he realizes he screwed over the wrong person. I plan on taking him to district court
With all my evidence. I really don’t care about the money, I’m seeking justice so this scam of his stops and no one else ever has to go thru what I went thru. No flowers or garden for 3 yrs. My house sat looking like the money pit house for yrs til it was completed. I hope they put him in prison!!! That’s what I’m wanting.

Call BBB AS WELL AS ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR IDAHO FOR COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM .SPEND THE FEW DOLLARS TO CHECK THERE BACKGROUND ON TRUTH FINDER. It’s worth it in the end. If I had only known as this was my 1st experience. Yelp has a copy of the bogus new contract he wanted me to sign , on the review I left under his business name,All the before pics of my house and how he left it after20 hours of pure destruction to ALL my siding , as well as stole all my thousands of dollars never to be returned in 3 yrs.
