Session includes guided meditation, quartz crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, gong, digeridoo, chimes, feathers, and various highly resonant instruments will help balance your energy, clear your mind, and gently release stuck emotions and blocked energy. The perfect setting to support the process of natural healing in the body and mind for 1 hour.

A yoga mat, blanket, and knee bolster will be provided. Please bring additional pillows or blankets and anything extra you need to be comfortable laying on the floor.
