Here are some small tips to TRY to prevent stretch marks (these can also start the process of softening/lightening them even if they’ve already happened)
-say a small prayer to the stretch mark gods every night 🙏🏼 lol
-lotion/oil EVERY night
-wear the same shirt at night so it gets a coat of oil on it. If you’re constantly wearing new things to bed each night the material will soak up all the oil before your skin has the chance to.
-lotion/oil immediately after every shower! Your skin is soft, warm, hydrated and the perfect opportunity to get more oil in.
-face skincare ALSO works on the body! Use the right ingredients and stay consistent just like your face routine (DM me ‘BODY’ and I’ll send you the products I used.)

I’ve gotten in the habit of lotioning my body after each shower (thanks to pregnancy) and it’s actually helped long-term with razor burn/bumps, bac-ne, uneven self tan, lymphatic drainage and tighter skin all around my body.

Stretch marks are almost impossible to fully prevent but they can be corrected over time!

Photo dump part 1!! We turned my ‘work’ event into a mini family vacation and we had the best time 💛
