NEED HELP CREATING A SERVICE MENU.

First, take into consideration that all lash clients are NOT Lash Artist... this being said...

MAIN SERVICES - define the type of artist you want to be? Lashes only, Classic and Volume OR just Volume and MEGA…lashes + facials..when you decide this make your menu minimal! Find the service or services you love and master them...Narrowing down your cost will save you ALOT OF MONEY!!

SERVICE NAME: When deciding the services you want to offer make it VERY CLEAR to the client what it is you’re offering! Often times your clients may not read the detailed description you’ve worked really hard on so keep the SERVICE NAME what it is known for....ex. VOLUME FULL-SET...you may loose money because the client doesn’t want to ask what the DOLL FACE SIGNATURE SET or EXOTIC Signature set means.

LAST AND WHAT I THINK is most IMPORTANT: keep your menu minimal. It can be extremely hard for a non-artist to maneuver through a service menu with 20 options to choose from. THIS IS WHAT I RECOMMEND: I have 5 SERVICES....
——MEGA VOLUME FULL-SET & VOLUME FULL-SET...(these are the only full-sets I offer to lower my product cost and I STAY IN CONTROL OF MY SCHEDULE)
——- Volume FILL and MEGA VOLUME FILL doesn’t matter if it’s 2 weeks or three weeks. Last service is a FOREIGN FILL - working over another artist’s work (this price should be the average of your fill and full-set price. Stay in control of your schedule —— ADD-ONs: additional opportunity for the client to take care of two services at one time and the artist to increase their earnings for the week! Make sure your add-ons don’t take ALOT of ADDITIONAL time. Discuss these add-ons with your current clients but do not make them available to the public to be added as a solo service.

•ALSO, check your menu...often times I’ll see were artist changed their pricing on their menu and didn’t delete the old price....now clients get really confused and book the cheaper option.
Lastly, set your work schedule to where clients can’t book an appointment at 9:30 if you start at 9….having 15 minute increments can mess your entire day up.
Please know this is based on what’s worked for me.
