When’s the last time you got glutened — and how long does it take you to KNOW for sure? 😅😩

I’ve definitely gone into a state of “glutened denial” before… until symptoms hit 10 minutes later and kick my 🍑😂. But getting glutened during a holiday weekend is a whole different level of frustrating. 😅

And take this as your celiac PSA: Watch out for hidden gluten in alcohol this weekend‼️ Malted drinks like Smirnoff Ice Pink Lemonade (in the US), beer, and some flavored liquors can all contain gluten.

If you do get glutened, remember the “remedies” in this skit are mostly for comedy. Activated charcoal can bind to medications, so always ask your doctor before trying it. 🫶 Time is still the biggest healer, though extra fluids and some medications may help.

Honestly wasn’t sure I’d share this because I really do feel so stupid missing the huge “WHOLE WHEAT” sign on the box. 🤦‍♀️ And even my bf filming me totally missed it too. 😅

But I hope this is a reminder that:

⚠️ Brands’ ingredients can ALWAYS change suddenly. has TONS of gluten free options…and I’ve eaten them so much over the years, I just went on autopilot and assumed these would be GF too.

🫶 We ALL make silly mistakes. I’ve been gluten free for 13 years & honestly this is one of the only times I’ve glutened myself. But sh*t happens & we should focus on healing > beating ourselves up.

❌ I’ve also seen a lot of gluten free bloggers wondering if these are GF by the same assumption I did. So I hope this video helps keep someone from getting sick!
