There are more than 350 varieties of thyme, divided into two categories: creeping, for ground cover, and upright, which we usually use for medicine and cooking.
Each variety of thyme has a distinct flavor and scent, many citrusy and several with the scent and flavor profile of other well known herbs, such as oregano thyme and caraway thyme.

The celebration of fire and light and the sun, the peak of fertile spring, where we light sacred flames for purification and protection.
I usually spend this time baking strawberry and honey cakes, repotting plants, and manifesting for the coming warm seasons. And that's difficult to plan with the way of the world, but we need the joy as well as the justice and so I will manifest both. 🖤
