I just wanted to check in and see how you're all doing.

Lately, it feels like everywhere we turn there's another heartbreaking story. So much hurt, so much loss, and so much negativity. I know that's part of life, but I don't want it to become the only thing we see.

I want to encourage all of us—including myself—to find just one good thing each day and magnify it. It's so easy to get caught up in everything that's going wrong that we forget to notice everything that's still going right.

The truth is, many people didn't get the chance to wake up today, but we did. We have another sunrise, another breath, another opportunity. Maybe today it's a warm meal, a roof over your head, a phone call from someone you love, or simply the gift of being alive. Those things matter.

And when life feels especially heavy, remember this: there is always someone carrying a burden we cannot see. Be kind. Offer grace. A smile, a kind word, or a simple act of compassion can mean more than you'll ever know.

Today, I challenge you to choose one thing you're thankful for and let that gratitude become bigger than your worries.

Life isn't perfect, but there is still so much beauty worth holding onto.
