I've had jobs where the dread would start creeping in on Sunday afternoon because I knew Monday was coming. 😩 And I know I'm not the only one.

I spent years, decades really, working in places I didn't want to be, around people I didn't particularly want to be around.

I've worked hard to create a work environment I actually love walking into on Monday mornings, but I haven't forgotten what it felt like when that wasn't the case. And I know a lot of people are still there.

There's no fairy godmother who's going to wave a magic wand 🪄 and change your circumstances. But you can start investing in yourself, little by little, through acupuncture, massage, meditation, or whatever genuinely supports your health and well-being. 🌿

Over time, you can begin to feel more solid in yourself, recognize what's healthy for you, and get better at setting boundaries and holding them.

Because the goal isn't to get so good at managing stress that you can tolerate an unhealthy environment forever. It's to build a strong enough foundation within yourself that you can make choices about your life from a place of strength.

And maybe Monday mornings don't have to feel quite so heavy anymore. ☀️

One of my favorite things about Jacklyn's review is that she talks about something that happened when things weren't perfect.

She had a concern, she brought it to us, and we took care of it. I think that matters just as much as all the wonderful things she said about Jen and her acupuncture treatments.

We want people to feel comfortable telling us what they need, including when something isn't working for them.

And when Jacklyn says her weekly appointments have become something she genuinely looks forward to and relies on, well, that means a lot to us. 💛
